Over 12 weeks, you’ll repeat, refine, iterate, and embed new skills and mindsets to make marketing your business practical, powerful and personal. 

 

How we get there

Our Roadmap to Transformation

  • An online Questionnaire begins the process. Here’s where you’ll share where you’re at and what you believe you need support with. Through this document and some desktop research, I’ll get to know your brand and business so that we can hit the ground running. 

  • During our Initial Planning Session (over Zoom, 3 hours), we’ll define the desired outcomes for the program and map how we’ll get there in an Action Plan. This can include projects, KPIs and documents to create; and skills and systems to develop.

  • You’ll receive fortnightly support via a 1-hour Zoom session to monitor progress of the Action Plan, troubleshoot challenges and identify opportunities to refine. This regular accountability will help you stay on track and we’ll make any course corrections in real time.

  • You’ll have unlimited access to me directly via email & WhatsApp for the duration of program. So I’ll be on hand to answer questions, troubleshoot, clarify and brainstorm whilst you work on your action points. This way, we can keep the flow going and fast-track your momentum. 

  • You’ll receive all the resources, templates and tools I’ve collected, curated and created over the years for marketing success, including: 

    • Design, campaign & photography briefs

FAQs:

  • The program is for business owners, founders, or freelancers who want to gain more confidence in their marketing and develop a clear, actionable strategy with the support of an experienced marketing mentor. Whether you’re looking to DIY your marketing or better manage your outsourced efforts, this program will give you the tools and guidance you need to take your business to the next level.

  • Before we start, you’ll need to complete an online questionnaire which will be provided to you. This will help Tyneal to understand your business goals and current marketing efforts and means you’ll be able to hit the ground running.

  • The Initial Planning Session can be run in person either at Ritual’s office in Byron Bay or at a suitable venue in the Northern Rivers. Otherwise, the Planning session will be conducted via Zoom. The fortnightly 1 hour sessions will be held online via Zoom.

  • Once you apply, we’ll review your information and schedule an initial chat over Zoom to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit. After that, we’ll confirm your spot and send you a Questionnaire to complete, along with a meeting time to schedule your first Planning Session with Tyneal Alexander.

  • The program is designed for fortnightly sessions, but if you feel weekly sessions would be more beneficial, we can discuss tailoring it to meet your needs. Contact Tyneal on tyneal@ritualconsulting.com.au to discuss tailoring the plan to your specific needs.

  • Yes, if you’d like your team involved, we can accommodate this. We can arrange for team participation in the sessions to ensure everyone is aligned and on the same page with the marketing strategy. Please mention this in your initial meeting with Tyneal after you complete your Application online.

  • If you’re unable to attend the Initial Planning Session or subsequent fortnightly sessions, you will be able to reschedule your session to another time. 48 hours notice via email is required to reschedule meetings. The Program commitment is 12 weeks. If you’d like to exit the program within the agreed timeframe, this will be granted at the Founders discretion.
