Strategy

A clear, consider approach to your marketing.

Marketing rarely fails because people aren’t doing enough.
It tends to unravel when there’s no clear direction holding it all together.
Activity builds, but it doesn’t compound.
Things get created, but they don’t quite connect.

By the time people come to me, they’re already in motion.
There’s content being shared, ideas in play, and different parts of the business contributing to marketing in their own way.

On the surface, it looks like progress.
Underneath, it can feel scattered, inconsistent, or harder than it should be.

Not because the effort isn’t there, but because the thinking hasn’t been brought together.

A more considered approach

Strategy is about stepping back before moving forward.
Looking at the full picture of your business, not just individual tactics.

We take the time to understand what’s in place, what’s working, and where things are disconnected, so that every part of your marketing starts to work together.

What this looks like

Depending on your business, this might include:

• Clarifying your positioning and message
• Defining your audience and key priorities
• Structuring your marketing across the customer journey
• Building a clear, aligned content direction
• Identifying the right channels and focus areas
• Creating a practical plan you can actually implement

The outcome is a strategy that gives you direction, focus, and a clear way forward.

How it comes together

Every strategy is tailored, but the process follows a structured approach designed to bring clarity and alignment from the ground up.

What’s included

Our marketing strategy includes detailed recommendations across all customer touch points and channels. We start by exploring your business during an immersive session. Then we work together to define goals and create a marketing strategy and plan that’s aligned to your target audience across each of the stages of the customer journey. We provide a customised 12-month marketing calendar, budget, resources, and timeline. The strategy will be shared with you for feedback, with a follow-up after three months to support implementation.

Our process

We use a five-step process to successfully create and deliver your marketing strategy and plan. Our customised plans are designed for your business needs and take 3-4 weeks from start to finish.

“We love Tyneal's holistic approach to marketing and business development. She has spent a lot of time getting to know our brand and has been a positive influence in moving our business forward.”
