How it comes together
Every strategy is tailored, but the process follows a structured approach designed to bring clarity and alignment from the ground up.
What’s included
Our marketing strategy includes detailed recommendations across all customer touch points and channels. We start by exploring your business during an immersive session. Then we work together to define goals and create a marketing strategy and plan that’s aligned to your target audience across each of the stages of the customer journey. We provide a customised 12-month marketing calendar, budget, resources, and timeline. The strategy will be shared with you for feedback, with a follow-up after three months to support implementation.
Our process
We use a five-step process to successfully create and deliver your marketing strategy and plan. Our customised plans are designed for your business needs and take 3-4 weeks from start to finish.

A detailed Questionnaire will be provided prior to the first meeting for you to complete.
You will have a 90 minute Zoom call with Tyneal Alexander to go through the questionnaire and to discuss all areas of your business, any challenges, opportunities and set objectives and goals for the plan.
In this phase, we may request brand documentation, research and any other resources you may have that are relevant and valuable to the development of the plan.

In this phase, we will preform a 360 audit and review all of your customer touch points, along with key competitors and the category you operate within.

In this phase, we develop the holistic plan which includes reseatch insights and reccomendations, a detailed strategy and initaives aligned to your business objetcives.
Included in the plan is a bespoke marketing calendar, budget, timeline and resource allocation plan to bring the plan to life.

Once the marketing strategy and plan is complete, Tyneal Alexander will present the plan to you (and your teams) via Zoom.
There will be an opportunity to discuss the plan, ask questions and provide feedback.
Any feedback on the plan will be taken on board and reflected in the final supply of the marketing presentation.

Three months post presentation of the marketing plan you’ll do a check-in via Zoom with Tyneal Alexander to make sure everything is on track.
