Mentoring engagements are structured around regular sessions — typically fortnightly — combined with practical work between sessions. The exact structure is tailored to what each person actually needs.
Sessions are held in person in Byron Bay or via Zoom for clients across the Northern Rivers and Australia-wide.
The mentoring relationship is ongoing rather than project-based — built around continuity, accountability and the kind of strategic thinking that develops over time rather than in a single session.

Ritual Consulting is based in Byron Bay in the Northern Rivers of NSW, and works with clients across the region — including Ballina, Bangalow, Lennox Head, Lismore and Mullumbimby — as well as nationally.
